All returns must be made within 30 days of confirmed shipment date. Damir Brand will refund any item(s), provided that the item(s) has not been damaged, soiled, washed, altered or worn and that all labels and tags are attached. Returns not eligible on final sale, collectibles, adapters or mystery items* (*exchange for size only)
How do I return an item?
You must contact Damir Brand if requesting a refund or exchange. Damir Brand may create a return label charged to the customer or customer may arrange own return method at their own expense.
If you elect to utilize the return label created by Damir Brand on your behalf, there is a fee of $6.45, which will be deducted from the credit of the returned merchandise. Please contact us using our Contact Us message form and/or contact our customer service at (347) 994-0528 to arrange return/exchange.
If you do not wish to use the return label, we recommend that all returns be sent with a traceable carrier such as USPS, UPS or FedEx. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Damir Brand is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by Damir Brand. Damir Brand does not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
Refunds for online purchases
Your refund will in most cases be issued to the same credit card you used for the original purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes, less the pre-paid return fee. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchanging items in the online store
Please contact us using our Contact Us message form and/or contact our customer service at (347) 994-0528 to arrange an exchange. Pack your exchange securely with original packaging. We do not accept exchanges after 30 days of the original purchase.
Returns or exchanges
We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on collectibles, accessories, adapters, or mystery items.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply.
Damir Brand may cancel orders for any reason. Some common situations in which orders are cancelled may include: The item is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors or credit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
